By reading your network traffic rather than web logs, the BeatBox sees all the content of dynamic HTML and XML responses as they are sent to your visitors. You can extract any dynamic content that is important to your business, such as page titles, product descriptions and search results.
Filtering rules may be used to discard unwanted traffic by performing numeric, string and regular expression comparisons on any clickstream content. By filtering out unwanted data, these allow you to find unique business events within your traffic, such as when a product is added to a visitor's shopping cart or when your pages take longer than ten seconds to load.
